I show how to escape the bottom of the Mount in No-Gi with the two big families: the Elbow Escape and Kipping. For the Elbow Escape, I spread his knees and shift his weight off me, without letting my elbow cross. For Kipping, I connect one knee to his tailbone, keep knees and feet together and round my back.
